*Mike has managed Tackle Box Marketing for over 16 years, a multidisciplinary Marketing Consulting Service that customizes its resources and uses the latest marketing tools to fit the specific objectives and needs of clients.
He has successfully created engaging Internet, Branding, PR and Media programs for a variety of organizations and businesses from around the corner to around the world.
Mike was on the board of directors of the Long Island Advertising Club for ten years where he served as the BOLI Award Show Chairman and two terms as President. The 280 plus member organization raised scholarship money for H.S. students, ran educational programs and produced business related events.
He also served on the Briarcliff College Curriculum Committee Advisory Board where he was instrumental in forming an advanced advertising design curriculum, resulting in the graphic design program of Briarcliff achieving accreditation as a 4-year, BA program.
Mike has lectured on marketing and advertising at Stony Brook Universities Small Business Administration Program, Creativity at Farmingdale University and Briarcliff College.
While a V.P. Creative Director of one of Madison Avenues prestigious B-B Advertising agencies working with clients such as G.E., RCA, Anaconda Erickson, Airco and M&T Chemicals (Elf Aquitaine), Mike won awards from the NY Ad Club, The Clio’s, The NY Business Professional Advertising Association, NJ and LI Advertising Clubs.
Six years ago he and his wife moved to Mount Juliet Tennessee where he continues to work for his NY and TN clients. He has recently served on the Board of Directors of HomeSafe, a non-profit organization helping battered women and their families. He now volunteers as a mentor for SCORE Middle TN and their Marketing Committee.
